Our firm represents both employers and employees in non-litigation and litigation matters.

Non-Litigation Matters

For our employer clients, we prepare employment handbooks and policies, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and non-compete agreements. In addition, we provide consultations and training to our business clients and management staff on employment matters such as wage and hour issues, discrimination and anti-harassment policies. We provide ongoing counsel and advice on employment issues of concern to employers.

For our employee clients, we review, analyze and revise employment, confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-compete agreements. We negotiate employment and separation agreements. We provide advice and counsel on various employment issues facing employees including termination, whistleblower activities, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and discrimination.

Litigation Matters

We represent plaintiffs and defendants in employment disputes before government agencies, in mediation and arbitration and before state and federal courts. We have litigated cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, discrimination including age, gender, race, and sexual harassment, breach of contract including breach of employment, confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
